Episode terakhir yang merupakan babak final ditayangkan pada 1 April secara langsung melalui stasiun televisi Mnet.
Dalam episode ini, Terdapat total 22 trainee yang bersaing untuk memperebutkan posisi 11 anggota girl grup. Nantinya girl grup ini akan didebutkan di bawah naungan YMC Entertainment pada bulan Mei mendatang, dengan nama IOI.
Pada babak final, seluruh trainee menampilkan lagu-lagu yang diproduksi khusus untuk mereka, salah satunya adalah lagu ciptaan Jinyoung B1A4, dan lagu ciptaan Ryan yang berjudul 'CRUSH'. Berbagai perwakilan dari agensi termasuk para artisnya ikut hadir untuk memberikan dukungan kepada para trainee ini.
